The examples in stdlib/gui/tcl/_tabulatetest.tcl does not work.

it seems to be that the toltcl methods in this functions should be updated to the new object reference model

working in 3.1, the file to compile within tolbase is stdlib/gui/tcl/_tabulatetest.tol
