Exit from TolBase without saving edited files

Description

When we exit from TolBase and we didn't save a file being edited in TOL editor, no
question about saving is showed, and changes are lost.
We have the same problem with tabes and projects edited.

Status: new → closed

Solved the referred problem to the closing of TolBase.
If when closing TolBase some file, table exists or opened project, that has been
modified, asks if it is desired to keep before closing.
