Se elimina la llamada a break en los bind de wtree para posibilitar que se añadan más llamadas como las de bcomboboxplus (que dependen de wtree via blistboxplus).

bind $lb <Double-Button-1>  +[list $self _CloseList]
bind $lb <KeyPress-Return>  +[list $self _CloseList]

Esto permite que la función TOL: TclDialogComboPlus funcione adecuadamente.
