    considered as scale, but gsl_ran_gamma consider it as rate. rate =
    1/scale. Now RandGamma expect b as scale by default but a third

    appropiate conversion is performed befored being passed to
    gsl_ran_gamma.
    * btol/matrix_type/test_MH/ar2_MH.tol: after applying the previous
    changes the code related to section 7.2 of UMH starts to run
    better. Needs more validation!

    The problem was related with dating_ attribute of BTsrFromReal. I
    just implement a solution based on a new attribute for class
    BTimeSerie. This new attribute, called datingType_ can has two
    values: FIXED or VOLATILE. Using a VOLATILE dating_, Tol can
    choose the correct dating between one FIXED and one or more
    VOLATILEs. All those operations are done inside a BSerieGroup
    object.

    We corrected this bug with that explicit behaviour in order to give Tol Programmers
    a fault tolerance level using WD TimeSet function.

    I've undone those changes and now WD only accepts a range from 1 to 7.

    The new description of the WD function: TimeSet WD "Returns the time set of all
    dates that are the n-th day of the week. Parameter n should be in a range between
    1 (Monday) and 7 (Sunday)."

    If we try "TimeSet ts = WD(n)" with a n-value less than 1 or greater than 7, we
    get an error message.

    When the Evaluator adds a possible orphan object to the stack must be sure of that its level_ attribute (its scope) is greater than the current level_ (current scope).

    In the case of the code attached to this Bug, the scope of the object (Text Output) is the global scope. Tol Evaluator must ensure itself that a given object is an orphan object. Only an object that comes from a more deeply local scope could be an orphan object.

    the kernel of Tol.
    
    The problem is related with the management of the scope inside a
    function or inside local code blocks. This is the previous
    solution to get an improvement of the Local Scope Management in
    Tol. 
    
    Now the Local Scope works only with a stack storing all objects
    created inside each function called. In a normal situation with
    more than 5 or 6 functions called at a time, the time spent
    looking for an object inside this stack is dramatically high.

    The problem was a Null Pointer access in Unparse method of BParser class.
    It has been just resolved and a new version of par.cpp with the solution has been released in Tol CVS.

    By other way, Tol Kernel considers that the error is on  second "=" symbol, instead of the first. This has much sense and can be seen when analyzing the Syntactical Tree.
    Until the second equal symbol the sentence is a valid Tol sentence.

    Curiously this bug was produced when the Filter of Tol (a little piece of the Parser) tries to detect a number in scientific notation. The problem appears in Clean method, into an internal and not necessary if-sentence.

    Before update with this solution, you can reproduce this error using any identifier ended with: a digit, and a letter "e" or "E", followed by '-' or '+' symbol.  ie:

    Real a1e = 1;
    Real b2e = 2;
    Real c = a1e+b2e;

    Once you apply the solution, please, use never an identifier beginning with a number. For a compatibility reason Tol accepts it. ie:

    Real 1e = 1;  // not recommended
    Real 2e = 2;  // not recommended
    Real c = 1e+2e; // --> Produce an error, but
    Real c = 1e + 2e; // works

    The first part of the error, related with the use of "TheBegin" as "firstDate_" attribute was having a  wrong behavior in BTsrSubSerie::FirstDate() method: never checks if the 2nd parameter was BDate::TheBegin, This method, in that case, to correctly operates must be BDate::DefaultFirst.

    2nd. part was a wrong initialization of firstDate_ attribute for DatCh Serie (Dev Info: BTsrDatingChange::FirstDate() method). Til now, this attribute receives its value from the FirstNoGreat value of Serie given as 1st parameter. In the example, the "sr" Serie start at y2004m7d1, and the FirstNoGreat value into WD(6) was that y2004m06d26.
    Now DatCh starts exactly in the first Date given in the parameter Serie.

    - DBClose, DBActivate and DBOpen help updated to describe the new behaviour.
    - Every call to DBOpen, DBClose and DBActivate now prints a list of all opened databases in StdOut.
    - For any reason, no translation was done in DBActivate, DBOpen and DBClose on standard error output. Fixed.
